Delete your NEBCO BATH FITTINGS account

You can delete your account at any time. Your login stops working immediately.

In the app

Open the NEBCO BATH FITTINGS app and log in.
Go to My Account and tap Delete my account.
Confirm. You are logged out on every device.

Without the app

Write to us from your registered mobile number or email with “Delete my account” and your name:

Use the contact details in the app under Help & support.

We confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What is deleted

Your login and the devices it was used on (notification tokens).
Your personal details: name, mobile number, email, address.
Uploaded documents (Aadhaar, PAN, GST certificate, visiting card) and bank / UPI details.

What we must keep

Orders, invoices, dispatches and reward-point records are kept for as long as tax and accounting laws require (GST law: at least six years), linked only to the business name on them. They are not used for anything else.
