NEBCO BATH FITTINGS: Privacy Policy
This policy explains what the NEBCO BATH FITTINGS app and web panel collect, why, and what you can do about it. The app is for NEBCO BATH FITTINGS's business customers: distributors, dealers, retailers, plumbers, carpenters and their staff. Last updated 8 October 2026.
What we collect
- Account: your mobile number (used to log in with a one-time code), name, business name, email, address, city, state and PIN code.
- Business and KYC details you choose to give: GSTIN, PAN, Aadhaar and visiting-card photos, and bank or UPI details for reward payouts.
- What you do in the app: carts, orders, dispatches, quotations, service complaints, scanned reward QR codes and reward points.
- Photos you take or pick (bills, lorry receipts, documents, complaint pictures), only when you attach them. The camera is also used to scan reward QR stickers.
- Device: a notification token so we can send you order updates and announcements, and the app version.
We do not collect your location, contacts, or anything else from your phone, and we show no advertising.
Why we use it
- To log you in, show your prices, take and deliver your orders, and keep your reward points.
- To approve new accounts and meet GST and accounting rules.
- To send notifications about your orders, rewards and announcements. You can turn them off in your phone's settings.
We never sell your data or share it for marketing.
Who else handles it
- NEBCO BATH FITTINGS and, for your orders, the distributor or dealer you buy from.
- Krishna Software Solution, which runs the app for NEBCO BATH FITTINGS, and its hosting provider, which stores the data on secured servers.
- Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, which delivers notifications (it receives the device token and the message, not your account details).
- Government authorities only where the law requires it.
How long we keep it
While your account is active. When you delete your account, your login and personal details are removed within 30 days. Orders, invoices and reward records are kept as long as tax law requires (at least six years), linked only to the business name on them.
Your choices
- See and correct your details under My Account in the app.
- Delete your account in the app (My Account → Delete my account) or as described on Delete your account.
- Ask us what we hold about you, or anything about this policy: the contact details in the app under Help & support.
Data is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). The app is not meant for children under 18.
